Alpha Consulting (UK) Ltd abides by the Data Protection Act 1998. The company requires that all its staff members keep all information relating to service users confidential. The staff should be aware that some service users who are patients should have access to the information kept in their file if they wish.
The agency worker will not at any time divulge to any person, nor use for his/her own or any other person’s benefit, any information in relation to this client’s or the Agency’s employees, business affairs, transactions or finances.
